I was in the mood for chicken nuggets and I didn’t have any in my freezer so I whipped up these! …and now I may never buy pre-made frozen nuggets again!

If you have an egg and a can of chicken you can get these cute little, protein-packed nuggets into your belly in about 20 minutes (or probably even faster using an air fryer)! Such a great, high protein, low calorie lunch or snack.

This recipe makes 2 servings. Next time I might even double the recipe and freeze them for an even quicker meal! For the ranch dip, I just combined yogurt with ranch powder. Easy peasy. #highprotein #highproteinsnack #lowcaloriesnacks #chickennuggets #easyrecipes

Ingredients:

1 can Chicken Breast by Kirkland Signature
1 Egg
1/3 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
3 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
Herbs de Provence
Garlic Powder
Smoked Paprika
Black Pepper

Instructions:

Combine all of the ingredients and mix into a smooth, dough-like consistency.
Form into 12 nuggets and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees convection (or 450 degrees without the fan) for 15 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Makes 2 servings: 33g Protein, 227 Calories per serving
