This Strawberry Horchata is creamy, refreshing, and way lighter than the traditional version thanks to sugar-free condensed milk and low-fat dairy.
Makes about 10 cups

Horchata Base
🍚 1½ cups white rice
💧 3 cups water
🌿 3 cinnamon sticks
Soak overnight, then blend and strain.
Strawberry Blend
🍓 3 cups strawberries
💧 1 cup water
Blend until smooth.
Creamy Mix
🥛 2 cups low-fat milk
🥫 1 (14 oz) can sugar-free condensed milk
🥫 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
Mix the rice horchata base + strawberry blend + creamy mix together and chill.
Serve over ice and enjoy.
