Chickpeas Crunch
Time to make (From start to finish):
⏰ Approximately 20 minutes

🔥 Calories: ~580 calories (entire batch)
🍗 Protein: ~32g protein

INGREDIENTS:
• 344g canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
• 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
• Paprika
• Cumin
• Salt
• Pepper
• Low calorie cooking spray

STEPS
1️⃣ Drain, rinse, and dry the chickpeas.
2️⃣ Spray with cooking spray.
3️⃣ Add parmesan and spices. Mix well.
4️⃣ Air fry at 390°F for 15 minutes. (Or bake at 375°F for 50 minutes, mixing halfway.)
