Here is another quick, easy, light and healthy dinner idea from the kitchen of Married Friends. Presenting multi millets khichari or khichdi. This is my absolute favorite because for dinner my first preference is that it should be light and this recipe is lighter than rice dal khichari or khichdi.
I was in doubt whether Jatin will like it or not but guess what he also enjoys having this khichari. Yay. I made it for him when his stomach was upset and all he wanted was khichari. I just thought that multi-millets is very light on the stomach so I made a very simple multi millets khichari for him and to my surprise, he just loved it. He even asked me to make it again. 😀
Moreover, this is so simple and healthy that you can easily make it after coming back from the office. Give this a try and I am sure you will love this multi-millets khichari. Share it with your friends and family too because who doesn’t like an easy healthy dinner idea.
