Ingredients:

– Butter 1 TBSP
– Garlic 1 TBSP
– Cabbage Shredded 2 Cups
– Carrots ½ Cup
– Tomato 1 Medium
– Chicken/ Vegetable Stock
( Low Sodium ) 3 Cups
– Pink Salt ½ TSP
– Turmeric Powder 1/4 TSP
– Dried Oregano 1 TSP
– Instant Oats ¼ Cup
– Water ( For dissolving oats )
– Black Pepper Crushed 1 TSP
– Lemon Juice 1 TBSP
– Fresh Coriander Chopped 2 TBSP
– Green Onion Leaves Chopped

Direction:
– In a pot, add butter & let it melt.
– Add garlic & mix well for a minute.
– Add cabbage, carrot, tomato. Mix well & stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
– Add stock, mix & bring it to boil.
– Add pink salt, turmeric powder, dried oregano and mix well.
– ⁠Cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
– In spice mixer,add instant oats and grind to make powder.
– In a bowl,add ground oats and water and mix well.
– Now add dissolved oats mixture, mix well and cook until soup is thick (approx. 2-3 minutes).
– Add black pepper crushed, lemon juice, fresh coriander & mix well.
– Garnish with lemon slice,green onion leaves & fresh coriander.
– ⁠Serve hot & enjoy !!
