Navratri and Weighloss Special High Protein Tikkis with High Protein Mint Chutney 🧆
Recipe :
* In a bowl, add ½ cup boiled & grated sweet potato, ½ cup boiled & grated potato, 1 cup grated paneer, ¼ cup grated beetroot, and 3–4 chopped green chillies. Season with sendha namak, cumin powder, and black pepper (as per taste).
* Add 3–4 tbsp kuttu atta (or as required) for binding and mix everything well to form a soft dough.
* Shape the mixture into small tikkis. Heat a pan and brush some oil, then cook the tikkis from both sides until golden and crispy. Alternatively, air fry at 180°C for 15–20 mins or until crispy.
* For the protein mint chutney, in a blender add a handful of coriander, a handful of mint, 3–4 green chillies, 3 big cubes of paneer, and sendha namak. Blend until smooth.
* Serve the crispy tikkis with the protein mint chutney.
