Make this Chocolate Rice Puffs Bar – a crunchy, healthy, no-bake snack perfect for kids and adults! 🍫✨
Ingredients:
• 120g (4 cups) Rice Bubbles or brown rice puffs
• 170g (½ cup) honey
• 70g (½ cup) coconut oil, melted
• 2 tbsp hemp seeds
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• ¼ cup cacao nibs or mini dark chocolate chips
• Sprinkles or 100s & 1000s (optional)
Chocolate Drizzle:
• 50–70g dark chocolate, melted
Instructions:
1. Grease and line a 20cm x 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix Rice Bubbles (or brown rice puffs), hemp seeds, chia seeds, cacao nibs (or chocolate chips), and sprinkles (if using).
3. Add honey and melted coconut oil. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin and press down firmly.
5. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top and add extra sprinkles if desired.
6. Place in the fridge for 2–3 hours or until set.
7. Slice while cold. Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 1 month. Serve straight from the fridge.
