Macros – Full Recipe for Chocolate Peanut Butter N Honey🍫🥜🍯

Calories: ~165–175 kcal
Protein: ~34–36g
Carbs: ~6–8g
Fat: ~2–3g

Macro Breakdown by Ingredient
• 300g unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 35–40 kcal | 1g P | 1–2g C | 2–3g F
• 1 scoop @AxeAndSledge (code: JORDAIN) protein(a one is feat peanut butter n honey farm fed!)
• 110–120 kcal | 24–25g P | 2–4g C | 1–2g F
• ½ scoop @flavorgangofficial (code: JORDAIN) fiber (chocolate)
• ~10–15 kcal | 0g P | 3–4g C (mostly fiber) | 0g F
• ½ scoop Axe & Sledge collagen(optional, i didn’t use this for this time!)
• ~35–45 kcal | 8–10g P | 0g C | 0g F
• 5g sugar-free pudding mix(chocolate for this recipe!)
• ~10–15 kcal | 0g P | 2–3g C | 0g F
• 1/4tsp Xanthan gum, dash of salt, dash of cinnamon

Instructions –
•mix all ingredients in ninja creami tub
•froth well!
•freeze minimum 12 hours
•ninja creami – full – lite ice cream – spin(if crumbly, respin on lite ice cream again!)
•add toppings(optional) – mix in setting!
•ENJOY YOUR HIGH PROTEIN, LOW CAL ICE CREAM!🍦🖤

Now you can add toppings like lilys sugar free chocolate chips, @fitbutters (code: JORDAIN), pretzels, etc! that will change macros so make sure you pay attention to that! and if you’re in a bulk or want it more calorie dense, you can swap the almond milk for fat free fairlife milk and/or also do 2 scoops of protein!
