Healthy Tuna balls homemade recipe, delicious for kids as well! I used all Gluten free ingredients in this recipe
Ingredients:
– 200 g fresh tuna ( alternatively canned tuna)
– 1 medium Egg
– 30 g Parmesan cheese
– 1 slice of white bread (it can be gluten free like in this video)
– 20 g breadcrumbs (it can be gluten free like in this video)
– 10 g chopped parsley
– sunflower oil
For the tomato sauce:
– 100 g chopped cherry tomatoes
– olive oil and salt q.s.
TIP: you can also freeze the tuna balls that you do not want to cook!
