Low Calorie Fruit Tartlets- easy to make and so delicious!
1.5 cups nonfat cottage cheese
2 ounces light cream cheese
1 tbsp vanilla
3 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
1/4 packet sugar free jello cheesecake mix
1 pack Keebler mini crusts
Mixed chopped fruit
Mix all ingredients in blender or processor
Fill mini crusts
Top with fruit
Chill in fridge 2 hrs
Makes 6 servings
