INGREDIENTS
• 235 g (1 cup) plain yogurt 2%
• 15 g tapioca starch or regular starch
• 1 tbsp cacao powder
• 1 egg
• 1 ripe banana
• Dark or milk chocolate (for topping)
• Optional: protein powder or sweetener
STEPS
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Add yogurt, banana, egg, cacao powder, and starch to a baking dish.
Blend until smooth.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Chill before serving.
Top with melted chocolate and hazelnuts.
