150g Boiling Hot Milk
2 1/4 cup, 300g Wholewheat Flour
2 tbsp, 15g Milk Powder
1/4 cup, 40g Powdered jaggery
1/2 tbsp + 1/2 tsp, 8g Instant yeast
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup, 160g Luke Warm Water
