Easy Quinoa Apple Salad for Your Next Flight

Easy Quinoa Apple Salad, aka the perfect healthy airplane snack for your next flight! I make this recipe a lot (because those airport snack boxes are a gamble at best). It’s fresh, filling, and packed with ingredients I feel good about: quinoa, crunchy veggies, sweet apple, toasted almonds, and a bright orange vinaigrette.

Citrus Vinaigrette
▢ juice and zest of 2 oranges
▢ ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
▢ ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
