In a bowl combine your ground beef, pickled jalapeños, diced onion, chipotle salsa and seasonings. Spread the meat mixture on one half of a low carb tortilla and refried beans on the other. I topped half mine with low fat mozz cheese and the other 3 with jarred queso for a variety. I would stick with the shredded cheese looking back. Cover both sides in olive oil and bake on 425 for 20 minutes. I flipped mine half way through. These were amazing! Love you. 🖤
