I use:
6 oz chicken breast
olive oil
lemon juice
lemon pepper seasoning
sourdough bread
Greek yogurt
Tajin
tri-colored coleslaw
cottage cheese on the side

This is one of my favorite quick meals when I want something simple, filling, high protein, and easy to stay consistent with. Great for lunch or dinner when you want a healthy meal without overthinking it.

Approx meal breakdown:
Chicken breast: about 36g protein
High-protein sauce + slaw
Sourdough bread
Cottage cheese on the side
That brings this meal to 50g+ of protein and it comes together fast.
