Soaked Moong Dal
Soaked Poha
Salt
For Topping:
Paneer
Capsicum
Tomato
Onion
Chili Flakes
Oregano
Schezwan Sauce
Pizza Sauce
Salt
Cheese
Oil (for cooking)
Method Summary:
Pizza Base:
1οΈβ£ Grind soaked moong dal and poha into smooth batter
2οΈβ£ Add salt and mix well
Toppings Preparation:
3οΈβ£ In a bowl add paneer, capsicum, tomato and onion
4οΈβ£ Add chili flakes, oregano, schezwan sauce, pizza sauce and salt
5οΈβ£ Mix well
Cooking:
6οΈβ£ Heat kadhai and add little oil
7οΈβ£ Pour batter and spread like pizza base
8οΈβ£ Cook till base is set
9οΈβ£ Spread schezwan sauce and pizza sauce
