Ingredients

– 2 medium mangoes
– 1 medium carrot
– 4 medium tomatoes (remove for nightshade-free version)
– 1 medium onion
– 500 g lettuce, such as Romaine or Lola Rosa lettuce
– extra-virgin olive oil and salt, or any dressing of your choice
