Do you have leftover rotis from last night and don’t know what to do with them? Don’t throw them away! Today, I’m sharing a super quick, delicious, and healthy way to reuse them—Roti Poha (also known as Roti Ka Nashta or Seyal Phulka).
This recipe is perfect for a light breakfast or a tea-time snack. It’s packed with flavors, and fresh veggies. Kids and adults alike will love this transformation!
Ingredients Used:
Leftover Rotis (crumbled/shredded)
Mustard seeds & Cumin
Fresh Curry leaves & Green chilies
Finely chopped Onions and Tomatoes

Turmeric, Red chili powder, and Salt
Fresh Coriander for garnish
Instructions:
Shred the rotis into small bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies

Sauté onions and spices until fragrant.

Add tomatoes 🍅 and species
Toss in the shredded rotis and mix well.
Finish with fresh coriander.
