🥗 Ingredients (1–2 servings)
Boiled chickpeas – 1 bowl (250g)
Cucumber – 1 medium (chopped)
Carrot – 1 medium (grated or chopped)
Capsicum (shimla mirch) – ½ cup (chopped)
Purple cabbage – ½ cup (shredded)
Lettuce – 1 cup (chopped)
Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)

🥣 Sauce / Dressing
Greek yogurt – 3 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Mixed herbs / oregano – ½ tsp
Honey – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

👩‍🍳 Recipe

1. In a large bowl, add boiled chickpeas.

2. Add all chopped vegetables (cucumber, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, lettuce, and onion).

3. In a separate bowl, prepare the sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, herbs, honey, and lemon juice.

4. Pour the dressing over the salad.

5. Mix everything well until evenly coated.

6. Serve fresh and enjoy your healthy chickpea chat!
