In a blender add:

1 Egg
1/2 Cup (70g) of fresh strawberries
Blend until smooth

Now spray an OVERSIZED mug with non-stick spray and add in
Heaping 1/3 cup (50g) of self rising flour
1Tbsp (12g) substitute
As well as the blender egg strawberry blender mix
1/8 Tsp vanilla extract
Mix until well combined
Add tbsp (15g) of diced strawberries

I recommend topping with some frozen strawberry yogurt:
1/4 Cup (35g) frozen strawberries
2 Tbsp (30g) non-fat greek yogurt
3/4Tbsp (8g) sugar substitute

Macros:
306 Calories, 4g Fat, 56g Carbs (3g fiber), 11g Protein
