Beetroot Lavash (Healthy & Crispy) 💗
1. In a blender, add 1 medium boiled beetroot and blend into a smooth puree.
2. In a bowl, mix: Beetroot puree, ½ cup oats flour, ½ cup jowar flour, Salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp ajwain
➡️ Mix and knead into a soft dough.
3. Roll the dough thin using a rolling pin, sprinkle 1–2 tsp mixed seeds (optional), roll again, and cut into lavash shapes.
4. Lightly spray olive oil and air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes until crispy.
