1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 vinegar
Salt (as per taste)

1 cup rava (suji)
1 cup curd
1/2 cup water
1/2 tsp eno / baking soda
Salt
Mustard seeds, curry leaves (for tadka)
Method:
Rava + curd + water mix karke 10–15 min rest karo
Tadka daal do (optional but tasty)
End me eno add karo aur gently mix karo
Idli mould me daal ke 10–12 min steam karo
