Three Awesome healthy smoothie recipes that can be enjoyed anytime! I like to use minimal ingredients in my smoothies because it is the fastest, easiest, and most healthy way to go. When you are on the go these smoothie recipes are your friend, you can freeze the ingredients before hand and simply throw the ingredients into the blender and you are off to the rest of your day. I enjoy smoothies because they are convenient and convenience is an excuse many people give because they simply “don’t have time” to eat healthy, and often it results in a morning donut or muffin. These bready snacks are the worst foods to start your day, so instead start your day with one of these nutritious smoothie recipes!!

-Blueberry Power Pack Smoothie- includes healthy fats and is dairy free
-1 c blueberries
-2/3 c almond milk
-1/2 banana
-1/4 avocado

-Creamy Strawberry Smoothie- great for breakfast
-1/3 c strawberries
-1/3 c grass fed plain yogurt
-1/2 c orange juice
-1/3 c ice
-1/4 avocado
-1/2 T honey

-Hearty Fruit and Oats Smoothie- Dairy free and is great for breakfast
-1/2 c almond milk
-1/3 c frozen strawberries
-1/4 c frozen peaches
-3/4 frozen banana
-1/3 c oatmeal
-1 T peanut butter
-1/2 T honey
