BREAKFAST
Rice cakes with honey
Banana
LUNCH
GRILLED SALMON STEAK WITH BROCOLLI
SALMON STEAK
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Olive oil
*Season and broil in oven approx. 5-10 mins on each side (depending on thickness of steak) on top rack with oven a little open
BROCOLLI
Frozen broccoli florets
Butter
Salt
Crushed garlic
DINNER
SHAKSHUKA WITH FETA
5 eggs
Crushed garlic
3 tomatoes (chopped)
1/2 Onion (sliced)
Chili flakes
Olive oil
1.5 tbsp. tomato paste (by taste)
Paprika
1 tsp Salt (by taste)
1/2 tsp Sugar (by taste)
Feta
Basil
* Instructions: Cook onion in olive oil for a couple of mins, add garlic, add chopped tomatoes, add chili flakes, cover and cook on low approx. 10 mins.
Add tomato paste, water (approx. 1/2-1 cup or by taste), paprika, salt, sugar, cover and simmer approx 10 mins. (add ingredients according to taste)
Add eggs (with a bit salt on them), add feta and cover till eggs are cooked. Garnish with Basil or parsley
