Ingredients
oil – 2 tbsp
dalia/cracked wheat – 1 cup
jeera/cumin seeds – 1 tsp
cloves – 2-3
sliced onion – 1
carrot – 1, sliced or cut into medium-thick roundels
green peas – 3/4 – 1 cup
chopped tomato – 1
water – 2 cups (water is always twice the measure of dalia)
salt – 1.25 tsp/to taste
