2.Cow Milk–1/2 cup(Hot water for 8 to 12 months babies))
3.Dates–2 (without seeds)
4.Powdered nut(Preparation included in this video

This ingredients are easily available.It helps your baby to gain weight ,Avocados will nourish your baby as they are rich in protein, fiber.
