This is a healthy version of a banana muffin recipe that is more nutritious because of it’s healthy ingredients:
– 2 mashed bananas
– 1 cup wholemeal flour
– 1 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup milk
– 1/2 cup vegetable oil
– 2 eggs
– 2/3 cup crushed walnuts
– 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 teaspoon baking powder
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
