High Protein Coconut Chia Pudding 🥥
Ingredients
1.5 cups Greek yogurt
1 can coconut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds (add 1/3 cup for a thicker texture)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1️⃣ In a large container add, Greek yogurt, coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
2️⃣ Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight for best texture. Makes about 3-4 servings.
