Slow Cooker Pulled Pork and our Best Healthy Coleslaw.

Brought some buns and called it a day. Besides waiting for the pork to cook, this is such a low maintenance, delicious thing to bring to any bbq or get together.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork:
3-4 lb pork shoulder, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder
2 16 oz bottles of favorite bbq sauce

Instructions:
Season pork and sear on all sides for 4-5 minutes.
Place in crockpot with 2 bottles of bbq sauce.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred and serve!

The Best Healthy Coleslaw:
1/2 medium sized shredded green cabbage
1/2 medium sized shredded red cabbage
1 shredded carrots
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 grated garlic clove
Salt Pepper

Instructions:
Combine sauce ingredients in a small-medium bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Shred cabbage and carrots in a medium-large bowl and mix together dry first.
Add sauce mixture and combine.
Serve and enjoy!
