📝 INGREDIENTS
1 cup dahi (curd)
½ cup grated cucumber
Fresh coriander (chopped)
Mint leaves (chopped)
1 tsp jeera powder
Black salt (as per taste)
Chaat masala (as per taste)
Black pepper powder
Red chilli powder (optional)
Salt (as needed)
Pomegranate seeds

For Tadka:
1 tbsp oil
Peanuts
Cashews
Green chillies

👩‍🍳 RECIPE :
1️⃣ In a bowl, add curd, grated cucumber, coriander and mint leaves.
2️⃣ Mix well until creamy.
3️⃣ Add jeera powder, black salt, chaat masala, pepper, red chilli powder (optional) and salt.
4️⃣ Mix everything properly.
5️⃣ Add pomegranate seeds and give it a gentle mix.
6️⃣ For tadka, heat oil and add peanuts, cashews and green chillies. Roast until golden and crunchy.
7️⃣ Pour the hot tadka over the raita.
