Ingredients:
Cooked or leftover rice- 1 bowl
Paneer :- 250 gm
Kashmiri chilli powder- 1-2 Tbsp (as per your choice)
Onion – 1 medium
Carrot – 2 medium
Beans – 100 gram
Peas – 1 cup
Green chillies- As per your Taste
Oil as required
Fresh coriander (Dhaniya)
Salt to taste
In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil and add Kashmiri chilli powder, fry the paneer until golden brown, then remove it from the pan. In the same pan, add the carrots and fry well. After that, add the onions, beans, green chili, and tomatoes, and sauté everything together. Add salt and mixed herbs, then add leftover rice and add peas, fried paneer, and a handful of coriander leaves. Mix well and serve with masala boondi raita.
