Fat loss high-protein burger bowl that actually keeps you full and doesn’t wreck your calories when you’re trying to lose weight It’s been a staple during my TB 360 challenge.
This is one of my go-to meals when I want a burgwr and fries without the grease and extra candied.
I do a big bowl of greens, 125g lean beef, 69g fries (potatoes are so filling! I use @jesseandbens ) and my sauce that tastes like In-N-Out but is way healthier .
High-Protein In-N-Out-Style Secret Sauce
Use 1 tbsp per serving.
120 g light mayo
100 g 0% plain Greek yogurt
40 g zero sugar ketchup (I use @primalkitchenfoods )
20 g yellow mustard
2 g garlic powder
2 g onion powder
1 tsp white vinegar
4 chopped pickles ( @grillospickles are the best)
Mix everything together and keep it in the fridge. It lasts all week.
It’s such a protein, high volume meal everyone loves and it helps make you feel like nothing feels off limits.
