1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries
Optional Toppings(Walnuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Granola)

Berry Smoothie: 03:00
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Cup Soy Milk
1-2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese

Oat Bran Bowl: 03:44
1 cup milk of choice (I used soy milk)
1/3 cup oat bran
1/4 cup wheat bran
1 cup frozen blueberries
walnuts

Bean Scramble (2 servings): 05:06
4 eggs
1/2 cup beans of choice
veggies of choice( I used onions & spinach)
Seasonings(curry, onion and garlic powder. salt & pepper)

Chia Seed Jam: 07:06
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup of jam of choice(or enough jam until you get the right consistency)
