Ingredients / सामग्री
Soya Chunks (सोया चंक्स): 2 Cups
Onion (प्याज): 1 large, finely chopped
Ginger-Garlic Paste (अदरक-लहसुन पेस्ट): 1 tsp
Spices: Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Chaat Masala
Binding: Besan or Sattu (भुना बेसन): 2-3 tbsp
For the Roll: Paratha/Roti, Green Chutney, Onion rings, Lemon juice
Soak and grind soya chunks coarsely.
Mix with mashed potatoes, spices, and binding agent.
Shape into kababs and shallow fry until golden brown.
Place on a warm paratha, add chutney and onions, and roll it up!
