🛒Ingredients You’ll Need:
FOR GRANOLA
Rolled oats (crushed)- 1 cup
Banana – 3 tbsp (mashed)
Pumpkin seeds- 1 tbsp
Sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp
Almonds – 1 tbsp
Cashews – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon – pinch
Salt – pinch
Desi ghee – 1 tbsp

🧑🏻‍🍳Steps To Follow:
Mash a banana and keep aside.
In a bowl, add rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower, seeds, chopped cashews, sliced almonds, cinnamon powder, salt, desi ghee and mashed banana.
Mix well.
Grease a non stick microwave oven safe pan with desi ghee & flatten the mixture on the pan using a spatula.
Flatten to form a very thin layer.
Preheat oven to 180°C for 5 mins.
Then on low rack, place the pan & bake for 17 mins or as per the settings of your microwave oven.
Remove it from the oven and keep it to cool completely.
Once it’s cooled down, break into bite sized chunks.
Store it in an airtight container at room temperature.
