Method:
First, take paddu batter in a bowl. Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, and green chilli. Add salt and mix well.
Heat a paddu pan and add a few drops of oil. Crack a little raw egg into each cavity, then pour the prepared batter on top.
Cook on medium flame until golden brown, flip and cook both sides well.
Serve hot with coconut chutney.
