II don’t know any woman who is running a business or working long hours at the office and doesn’t think she should be spending a little more time exercising and eating better. Over the last year, I’ve been getting leaner but the struggle is still real. Still, I am seeing the results of working out and eating better, especially at snacktime. These are my go-to healthy snacks.
