Spring is in the air 🌿
Lately, I’ve been craving more fresh, raw veggies and it’s probably not just me. Spring naturally supports cleansing, and our bodies start leaning toward cooling, nutrient-dense foods like leafy greens, asparagus, artichokes, and cabbage.
And honestly? One of my favorite ways to enjoy them is a big, delicious, actually satisfying salad 🥗
But here’s the problem… Most salads are either:

😬 total calorie bombs disguised as “healthy”
Example:
Some popular restaurant salads can top 1,300+ calories and nearly 100g of fat (!!) That’s not what we’re going for.
Remember, a good salad should be:
