Easy 3 Ingredient Avocado Bread Buns High-Protein Recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 egg
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds or bagel seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
In a bowl, mash the avocado until smooth. Add the egg and mozzarella, then mix until well combined.
Spoon the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray, shaping into buns of your preferred size and thickness. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning if desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until set and lightly golden.
Enjoy as a sandwich base or serve as-is with your favorite toppings.
Note:
Use a fully ripe avocado for the best texture—underripe avocados won’t mash smoothly and may affect the final result.
