Whenever I am in a hurry or dont have time to prepare full meal , Fried rice is my escape option. Its quick and easy, Hardly takes few vegetables and other ingredients.
This recipe has mainly rice, corn, spinach, garlic and coriander. You can add any of your choice of vegetables. Recipe gives the similar taste.
This can be eat in any time of the day and goes well with Yogurt or raita.
