* 1 small cabbage (shredded)
* 2–3 cloves garlic (minced)
* 1 small onion (sliced)
* 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or sesame)
* 1–2 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tsp vinegar or lemon juice (optional)
* Salt & pepper to taste
* Optional add-ins:
* Carrots (julienned)
* Bell peppers
* Chili flakes or fresh chili
* Cooked chicken, shrimp, or tofu

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prep everything first
Slice cabbage thinly and chop your garlic/onion.
2. Heat the pan
Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
3. Sauté aromatics
Add garlic and onion, cook for ~1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add cabbage
Toss in the cabbage (and other veggies if using). Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes.
5. Season
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper, and vinegar/lemon juice. Mix well.
6. Finish
