There’s never a bad time to have some apple pie. This apple pie oat bake is mostly whole ingredients, super easy to make and can easily be adjusted to hit whatever your macro goals are!

Ingredients:
40g oats
81g sugar free apple pie filling
61g no sugar added applesauce
1/2tsp baking powder
Sweetener of choice
150g vanilla fat free Greek yogurt
5g sugar free banana cheesecake mix

Instructions:
1. Add your apple pie filling to a microwave safe dish and chop them up a bit
2. Add in the apple sauce oats, sweetener, apple pie spice and baking soda and mix together
3. Add 90-135g of water and mix
4. Microwave oat bake for 2 min (watch it to make sure it doesn’t overflow!)
5. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cheesecake pudding mix and cinnamon together
6. After oats are done, spread the cinnamon cheesecake icing on top and refrigerate for a couple hours to set
7. When your ready to eat, mix some more sweetener and cinnamon in a bowl and sprinkle on top
8. Crush up half a graham cracker on top as well
9. Enjoy!
