Mexican veggie Wrap

Ingredients
2 tsp oil
60 gm slices mix bell peppers
75 gm slices carrots
160 gm Boiled Rajma (kidney beans)
30 gm sweet corns
180 gm Low fat paneer
Spices – Cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt as taste and oregano
Red chilli flakes

Method
1. In a pan, add oil and veggies. You can add Zuccini and broccoli too if you want. The more the merrier 🫶🏻 sauté for 1-2 min and then add boiled kidney beans aka Rajma along with spices. Mix everything well, cover and cook for 6-8 min.
2. Then add corns and paneer cubes or you can crumble it too, some chilli flakes here and mix everything well.
3. Cover and cook for another 6-8 min and the wrap filling it ready.
This is a perfect meal prep lunch and Dinner Weightloss meal idea. You can prepare the stuffing during weekend and prepare your wraps during your busy week in just 10 min. You can make 3-4 wraps from this.

To prepare a wrap, take a tortilla. Apply the dressing which I have prepared with 1 tsp
Mayo and 1 tbsp mint chutney. Add the dressing and wrap it like burrito, grill or toast on pan and it is ready. Enjoy it with high protein avocado cheese dressing.
