The average women is eating around 3500 calories a day, a bowl of cereal for breakfast, meal deal sandwich for lunch and then comes home either eats the kids leftovers or grabs the quickest packet or easy thing from the fridge because you are so exhausted by the day and the lack of nutrients consumed that day.

If that sounds like you, get up right now and spend 1 hour or hour day making something full of veggies, protien and healthy carbs from scratch. Ditch the UPFs and you’ll see so quickly why it’s worth giving one hour of your 24 today to make your future self thankful!

I don’t track calories anymore but if your goal is to lose weight I recommend using app my fitness pal to put the calories in and weigh out eat meal so you know exactly how many calories per day you are having. After 2 years of doing this I know how much to eat and portion sizes to still lose weight or maintain.
