Banana Apple Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
1 banana (chopped)
1 apple (chopped)
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup milk
3–4 ice cubes (optional)
1 tsp honey (optional)
Steps
Chop banana and apple into small pieces (remove seeds)
Add banana, apple, protein powder, and milk into a blender
Add ice cubes for a chilled texture (optional)
Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy
• add honey if you prefer extra sweetness
Pour into a glass and serve immediately 🥤
