Ingredients
Servings: 2
1 (5 oz) can tuna, drained (preferably Tonnino)
1 English cucumber, sliced into rounds
½ red onion, finely chopped
1–2 tbsp capers, chopped
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt (2% or full-fat)
1 squeeze fresh lemon juice
2 tsp fresh chives, chopped

Directions
Prep
Drain tuna and flake well with a fork.
Slice cucumber into bite-sized rounds.
Finely chop red onion, capers, and chives.
Make
In a bowl, combine tuna, red onion, capers, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and chives. Mix until well combined.
