In between the regular recipes from around the world, I have been persuaded to show what I make for myself on a daily basis. These will be mainly 5 minute meals and in general, very healthy. If you want me to make anything specific then just leave a comment.

1 ciabatta roll halved
2 slices of edam cheese
Small handful of chopped spinach
Cherry tomatoes
2 shavings of ham
1 tsp of mayonnaise
1 fried egg
Salt and pepper
