.5 Cup Nonfat evaporated milk
2 Tbs Nonfat Dry milk
.5 tsp espresso powder
1 scoop unflavored protein powder (30 g)
1.5 tbs caramel sauce
.5 tsp Cocoa powder
.5 cup oats (45 g)
2 Heath minis (crushed)

1. In a 16 oz Mason jar blend together milk, powdered milk, espresso powder, protein powder, caramel, cocoa powder
2. Stir in the oats, refridgerate for atleast 4 hours
3. Stir and top with crushed heath minis
4. ENJOY 😉
