Go to the prepared food section at Costco Wholesale or Sam’s Club and let them do it for you.
Example:
Chicken Caesar wraps (4-pack) → ~$18
= $4.50 per lunch
Pair it with:
• Fruit 🍎
• Veggies + hummus 🥕
And you’ve got a full meal for under $6… with zero prep.
Eating better doesn’t have to mean doing the most.
