Recipe and Ingredients:
1.5 cups oatmeal (160 g).
Chop in a blender.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
Salt to taste.
1/3 cup flaxseeds.
2 eggs.
1 cup liquid yogurt.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Kneading the dough takes less than 5 minutes.
Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Grease the mold with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle with a handful of flaxseeds.
Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 40–50 minutes until golden brown.

Sauce:
½ cup (100 g) soft cottage cheese (or farmer’s cheese, strained through a sieve).
2 tablespoons (30 g) thick Greek yogurt (for a creamy consistency).

Spring onions.
A handful of walnuts.

Juice it.
Mix well.
